Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations and business meetings are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding integrative massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists time, we have adopted the following policies:
ARRIVAL TO THE STUDIO
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare for the session. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapists time, the massage studio and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A charge of $80 (or your session's rate at your rate) will be billed for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their appointment within a 48-hour time period. The only exceptions are emergencies, death's, illness and failed transportation on route to the studio.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Those scheduling using a Gift Certificate will waive their certificate as VOID if notice of change of appointment is not within 12 hours. All gift certificates expire within 1 year of purchase and are non-refundable. They are of no cash-value.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to reserve chair massage, memberships, therapeutic services or any type of services outside of the studio.
