Step 3: Fill out the digital intake form ahead of schedule ^_^. Don't forget to wear flexible clothing to your session. Some discomfort may occur with assessments or treatment intro, it will all be explained step by step ahead of time. Some assessments are aggravation tests to determine health of tissue & neural entrapments. Each will be methodically done ^_^.

• Bring flexible clothing that allows full range of motion for assessment

• Fill out digital intake form in advance of your session to make the most use of our time together
• Manual therapy sessions can produce some discomfort in both assessment and treatment in order to address tissue
• If you decide to upgrade the session you will receive your first session at the member rates (dependent upon availability)
• You may be referred to a physical therapist, podiatrist or physician in the event assessment suggests further investigation
• Practitioner will work at your level of comfort in regards to depth of pressure, that being said some mild discomfort may occur
• Even if you don't have pain or restriction and you want to see what our studio has to offer by all means schedule your session ^_^.
