Foot Bath - Adults and children (age 1 and up): Place 1 cup of Medi-Body Bath™ and 12 cups of warm water in a plastic (nonmetallic) container wide enough the place your feet. Swish the water around with your hand. Some of the mineral crystals will dissolve but not all; this is very normal. Soak feet for 10-20 minutes, then towel dry. Discard water - do not re-use. For best results, after the bath, spend 10 minutes outside to receive beneficial solar radiation.
Whole Body Bath - Adults or children: Add 2 cups of Medi-Body Bath™ to bath water and mix thoroughly. Soak in bath for 10 to 20 minutes, rinse and towel dry. For best results, after the bath, spend 10 minutes outside to receive beneficial solar radiation.
For Those Recovering From Chronic Illness the Recommended sequence: 2 baths/week (spaced by at least 1 day) for 21 baths. Then use 1 bath/month. For children (age 1-4) use half the bath amount.
Note: For the elderly or very sensitive people, start with 5 to 10 minutes per bath. If you feel weak or faint while in the bath, discontinue the bath.
